Artificial Teeth Placement

FPD (Fixed Partial Dentures)

This type of artificial teeth is placed with the support of the nearby teeth. The nearby teeth are reduced with special equipments and the cover like hollow teeth are placed on them. They are made up of either Alumina Ceramic or White metal.

RPD (Removable Partial Dentures)

This type of teeth is made up of Acrylic Polymer. They are usually used in the replacement of front teeth. Cast RPDs are available.

Complete Denture

This is usually known as ‘full teeth set’. High Strength teeth set are available nowadays. 3 to 5 Sittings are needed for the construction of the complete denture. It takes about 2 weeks time for the adaption of the teeth set in mouth.

Dental Implants

In this type, titanium screws are placed in the gum ridge by a minor surgery. After six months ceramic artificial teeth are fitted with the screws. Full dentures can also be fixed with atleast 4 implants per jaw. They are costly. The person should be in good health condition to receive this prosthesis.

Treatment of Pain Relief

We prescribe Antibiotics and Analgesics (Pain Killers) for subsiding the tooth pain and infection. We suggest extraction (removal) of the tooth, when the tooth cannot be restored. Extraction is done under Local Anaesthesia. We are equipped enough to remove even impacted lost tooth and the root stumps. We also treat the infections of mouth. Oral ulcers, traumatic ulcers etc are treated in our Clinic.

Root Canal Treatment (RCT)

This treatment is a modern treatment used to preserve the tooth, even it is decayed. The root canal of the tooth is cleaned and shaped under Local Anaesthesia. After one week, the root is filled with some special materials. A ceramic or metal cover (crown) will be placed on the treated tooth for the retention of strength.
